News Temporary changes that help us stay safe from COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

⚫ 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧: 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘂𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲
It’s still very much ‘business as usual’ at Payton Jewell Caines but with the COVID-19 Coronavirus situation constantly changing, we’ve made some changes to our daily operations.
The welfare of our staff and clients has always been of the utmost importance to us.
If any of the following circumstances apply to you, we ask that you do not visit our offices/book an appointment and instead contact us by email/telephone so we can make alternative arrangements:
- If you have recently travelled
- If you have been suffering with any of the symptoms of the virus (dry cough, sore throat, fever) or have been in close contact with anyone else who has any symptoms;
- If you have been advised to self-isolate by health officials.
We’re asking all of our buyers, landlords, vendors and tenants to keep in contact via phone and email rather than face to face meetings in our office during this pandemic.
Please don’t be offended when we don’t shake hands when we meet for viewings or valuations, it’s important to avoid all unnecessary contact at this crucial time.
We will be allowing buyers/tenants to view properties as normal but during this time you can also take advantage of booking a ‘Digital walkthrough’. We can easily video call/FaceTime and walk you through properties whilst answering any questions you may have.
Our offices are constantly cleaned, workspaces are regularly wiped down and every measure is being made to ensure everyone’s safety. We would like to thank all our staff for keeping up excellent hygiene standards.
