John is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Managing Director of Payton Jewell Caines.
Having established Payton Jewell Caines in 1978, John now assumes overall responsibility for the management and direction of both the sales and rentals business along with professional services.
He is also a keen golfer and proud Grandad!
Helen has been with Payton Jewell Caines for over 20 years and is our Sales Director.
Helen has a long history in property, having worked many years for a new homes developer. She now oversees all of our sales teams and is actively involved with the management, IT and marketing whilst representing Payton Jewell Caines in community and fund raising events.
A natural leader, Helen takes great pride in developing our team.
Catherine is a Chartered Surveyor and was educated at the University of Wales Swansea and the University of Reading, where she gained a Masters in Land Management.
Catherine is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has achieved City & Guilds Level 3 DEAPD. Following several years at Weatherall Green & Smith and Knight Frank, Catherine is a highly experienced residential valuer and also has responsibility for commercial and professional services.
Having begun her career in property with Peter Alan Estate Agents, Hazel has also worked for Westbury Homes and is a highly experienced valuer benefitting from a considerable understanding of the new homes market.
Hazel loves meeting new clients and building up a professional rapport with them. She also loves being part of the PJC team and takes great pride in helping to achieve results and enable success in changeable economic conditions.
Andrea started at Payton Jewell Caines in 1990 and now leads the accounts department, professional services department and ensures the company complies with all relevant legislation and regulation.
Andrea has achieved Level 4 in the AAT accounting qualification and Level 3 NFOPP Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property.After 25 years, she still continues to enjoy the variety of her role with Payton Jewell Caines!
Sharon started working for Payton Jewell Caines in 2006 as a Sales Negotiator in the Bridgend branch.
She has since moved to the Pencoed office where she is now our Office Manager.
Sharon is responsible for all valuations and negotiations in Pencoed. She loves the variety of her day to day professional life and the challenges of each new day!
Karon is a highly experienced Sales Negotiator and Valuer for Payton Jewell Caines.
Karon has 18 years experience and has worked for several other agents in the area before joining PJC. She is qualified with the National Association of Estate Agents and has successfully passed NVQ levels three and four in Management.
With extensive experience, Karon is full of energy and enthusiasm and works hard to achieve the best possible results for our clients.
Vicky joined Payton Jewell Caines in 2002 and is Port Talbot branch Office Manager.
Vicky is Port Talbot born and has extensive knowledge of the Port Talbot property market. Vicky is involved in the daily tasks of the office and plays an important role in the management of our Community Donation Programme.
Vicky enjoys looking after the hard working team who take great pride in ensuring the delivery of top rate customer service.
A Welsh speaker, Jason has over 15 years of experience in the local property market and benefits from many professional qualifications.
Having joined Payton Jewell Caines from Peter Alan in 2008, Jason is now responsible for valuations and sales negotiations in our Port Talbot office.
He enjoys a strong working relationship with clients and remains absolutely focussed on being the best agent in town!
With some 16 years of experience in property management, Sara joined Payton Jewell Caines in February 2011 and now leads our busy lettings division overseeing the management of nearly 500 properties.
Sara is a Fellow of ARLA and is accredited under the Landlord Accreditation Wales Scheme now known as Landlord Accreditation Wales. Sara is currently continuing her study to achieve the highest qualification in the Lettings sector.
With a level 3 technical award in residential letting and property management, Victoria is a member of ARLA and has responsibility for the valuation of rental properties along with the management of property check-outs.
Victoria first joined Payton Jewell Caines in May 2013. She is an important member of our busy team and is well respected by landlords and tenants alike.
Caroline joined the busy rental department of Payton Jewell Caines in 2011.
Professional, friendly and knowledgable, Caroline began her career with the Welsh Blood Service before joining Capper & Co as Communications Officer.
Caroline knows the local rental market like the back of her hand - you can trust her to give you an honest and realistic appraisal of your property.
