Tenant Find Service including 12 months Eviction Cover*:

  • £432 (inc. VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent (£360 plus VAT)

Full Management Service including 12 months Eviction Cover*:

  • £432 and 12% (inc VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent (£360 and £10% plus VAT)

Premier Rent on Time with Full Legal Expenses Cover:

  • £360 and 15% (inc VAT) of the rent received deducted by the Agent (£300 and 12.5% plus VAT)
